Parents Reveal Holy Trinity School Will Issues Bans If Breaking Silence

Holy Trinity School's Code of Conduct Sparks Controversy Among Parents

Holy Trinity School on Lime Avenue, Yeovil, has come under scrutiny after parents revealed receiving official bulletins warning of potential consequences for publicly criticising the school. One parent contacted Yeovil Real News, expressing concerns about the communications, which reportedly caution that slandering the school could result in parents being banned from the premises or school events.

Parental Feedback

The parent, acknowledged some validity in the school’s stance on ensuring respect for staff. They noted:
"Teachers should be able to live their lives without being slandered on the internet. However, the tone of these bulletins feels overly restrictive."

The parent further suggested that most families are hesitant to speak negatively about the school for fear of repercussions, stating:
"You will be hard-pushed to find a parent who will openly speak ill of the school."

School's Approach

The school has not issued a public comment regarding the allegations or the content of its bulletins. However, the emails reportedly emphasize a code of conduct for parents, aiming to maintain a positive and respectful environment for both staff and students.

Public Reaction

The incident has sparked mixed reactions in the community, with some defending the school’s stance as necessary to curb online abuse and maintain a constructive environment, while others view it as an overreach.

Calls have been made for Holy Trinity School to clarify its position and provide reassurance to parents that their concerns will be addressed without fear of punitive measures.

The intel from the parent comes as the religious school refuse to inform investigating journalists who the finance manager is at the school. Refusal has brought about concerns about the secrecy going on at the religious school establishment.

It's alleged that the journalists are investigating a person party to online pornographic fraud. Whilst that person may not be involved in the fraud - the school continue to deny or confirm.
